M. Todd Marsh has been practicing law since 1992, at which time he opened his own law practice. M. Todd Marsh specializes in divorce/dissolution, custody, DUI/OVI, traffic, criminal, civil, probate-estates, and personal injury. Todd earned his law degree at University of Dayton Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Wright State University. Todd is admitted to practice law in Ohio, the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Todd currently lives in Miamisburg, Ohio. He is a member of the Dayton Bar Association.
